Kitty van der Meij graduated in 1995 from Leiden University with a degree in Dutch Law. She then worked for 14 years as a lawyer at a medium-sized, a niche, and a large law firm. Initially, she specialized in insurance and liability law, and later in employment law.
In 2010, Kitty made the switch to a renowned executive search firm specializing in the recruitment and selection of experienced legal professionals for both permanent and interim positions in law firms and the corporate sector. For 10 years, Kitty combined her extensive knowledge of and experience in the legal profession with her interest in people, careers, and organizations.
Before joining Vialegis, Kitty spent another two years focusing on legal content, working as a legal professional at a large regional bailiff office.
As a Senior Consultant at Vialegis, Kitty once again enthusiastically, committedly, and with genuine interest, dedicates herself to the placement of legal professionals, lawyers, and notaries, ranging from mid-level and senior positions to final-responsibility in-house roles and partner positions.
