The legal team of Dixstone in Hoofddorp currently consists of two Legal Counsels and a Paralegal. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor.
Acting as a trusted legal partner to the business, you will be providing practical, business-oriented legal advice and support to the business and you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and other types of contracts (EPC, services, supply chain, intercompany loan agreements).
You will also provide legal support to the organization on corporate governance and housekeeping. You may also advise on compliance topics and regulatory matters. You are not expected to be an expert in all these areas – willingness to learn is more important.
